How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Supposemale Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Supposemale Septic
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Supposemale Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@supposemale.lat and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may involve reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
